Cultivation Concept

  • The concept is being developed under current Italian energy legislation and tax laws with respect to a "società agricola".
  • The cultivation concept is based on the precept of producing those regional crops best suited for cultivation in greenhouses.
  • Farmers or agricultural associations will be contracted to operate the single greenhouses on a long-term perspective.
  • The management of Terra Mundus Società Agricola will be located in Italy.

Concept

Scientific Monitoring

  • Terra Mundus Società Agricola will commission the University of Palermo (or a similar independent body with scientific capabilities) to study:
    • the biological suitability
    • the optimisation of certain planting concepts
    • and their commercial viability over a 1-2 year period.
  • Terra Mundus Agricola will enter into a long-term agreement for the sale of produce.
