1.2 MW Photovoltaic Plant “Sachsenham”
On June 4th, the official ground-breaking ceremony took place for the 1.2 MW photovoltaic plant in Sachsenham, Germany. Upon grid connection, the plant now supplies the region with an annual 1,300 MWh of renewable energy.
1.5 MW Photovoltaic Plant “Hengersberg”
On July 31st, 2009 Terra Mundus connected its second PV power plant to the local grid. The solar power plant will generate about 1,600 MWh of clean energy per year. It will save approximately 1,500 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) annually and supply up to 400 households with renewable.
5.67 MW Photovoltaic power plant “Koeching II”
Terra Mundus Sueddeutschland GmbH connected the utility scale PV plant to the local power grid on the 18th of December, 2009. The solar plant located in Lower Bavaria has over 32,000 PV panel generates 5,900 MWh of renewable and clean electricity.
