Terra Mundus Management
Terra Mundus is based in Luxembourg and provides services within four key business areas:
- Project Development: Photovoltaic plant operation and management, including consultation on finances, taxation, contracting, operations and maintenance of operating plants
- Investment Structuring: Design of investments through participation in Terra Mundus entities or on the project level in special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for the respective plant locations
- Portfolio Management: Portfolios management for investors with diversified renewable energy investments
- Transaction Advising: Consultation on the transaction process for individuals and corporate entities regarding the development, acquisition and exit strategy for solar projects
